PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY FEES
One of the first things that people think when they are advised to speak with an attorney regarding an injury sustained is “how much is an attorney going to cost?”
It’s a fair question, but personal injury attorney fees should never prevent an injury victim from getting the advice that he or she needs in order to make a fully informed legal decision about the rights that he or she has in the matter.
Gary A. Sernaker, unlike other attorneys, is very upfront about his fees. For cases that are settled out of court, the Sernaker team will charge clients 25% of the damages recovered. Should a case go to mediation, the fee is increased to 33.3%. Should a case go to binding arbitration or trial, a fee of 40% is due before, with the final fee proportionate to the work that Gary Sernaker actually performs.
Also unlike many other attorneys, Gary Sernaker’s fees are open for negotiation, and he is willing to help clients by charging below his normal rate if certain circumstances exist.
In thanks to and support of the military community, the Sernaker team offers a 10 to 15% discount for military personnel.
Gary Sernaker's rates do not include certain office costs, like postage, copying, or paralegal services.
If you would like to make an appointment to speak with Gary Sernaker and his experienced legal team of accident victim advocates, which have several decades of legal experience between them, you should call or email his office for a case evaluation as soon as possible. In some instances, waiting too long to get legal advice can bar a person from recovering damages at all.
Along with the years of legal experience that the Seranker team has, Gary Sernaker has also been designated an “AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated” attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, and was also named the 2009 Trial Advocate Advocate of the Year by the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.
