Sernaker, unlike other attorneys, is very upfront about his fees.  For cases that are settled out of court, the Sernaker team will charge clients 25% of the damages recovered.  Should a case go to mediation, the fee is increased to 33.3%.  Should a case go to binding arbitration or trial, a fee of 40% is due before, with the final fee proportionate to the work that Gary Sernaker actually performs.

Also unlike many other attorneys, Gary Sernaker’s fees are open for negotiation, and he is willing to help clients by charging below his normal rate if certain circumstances exist.
